-Work collaboratively as part of the estates team.
-To provide a full operation, maintenance, engineering and building fabric service. Which meets statutory and contractual obligations.
-Work effectively and efficient to deliver assigned planned and reactive maintenance.
-Use PDA technology to evidence compliance with statutory and contractual obligations, and personal productivity.
-Perform thorough cleaning tasks in a grounds/gardens setting, including pressure washing, as required.
-Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and effectively.
-Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
-Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.
-Maintain an organised schedule to ensure timely completion of cleaning assignments.
-Complete all work-related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Support Trust staff, patients and visitors to the facilities, ensuring a positive patient experience.
