About the School
Located in Kidderminster, this specialist School provides a nurturing space for children with social, emotional, and mental health needs, as well as Autism and ADHD. With small class sizes and a holistic approach to education, the School prioritises student wellbeing, individual growth, and preparation for life beyond the classroom.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-to-one and small-group support tailored to student needs

  • Support teachers in adapting lessons and resources for individual learners

  • Encourage emotional resilience and positive behaviour strategies

  • Contribute to academic progress, social development, and life skills

  • Take part in enrichment activities that enhance student experience

  • Help ensure a respectful, safe, and inclusive environment

Requirements

  • Experience supporting children in SEN or mainstream settings

  • Understanding of Autism, SEMH, ADHD, and related challenges

  • Ability to build positive and professional relationships with students

  • A collaborative, compassionate, and proactive mindset

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply
