Long Term Futures is excited to be recruiting a dedicated and resilient Learning Support Assistant on behalf of one of our exceptional client colleges. This specialist setting supports students aged 16-25 with a diverse range of complex needs, including Autism, physical disabilities, and multiple learning difficulties.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a vital role in fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere where students are encouraged to grow in confidence, gain independence, and achieve both academic and personal success.

What You'll Be Doing:

Offering 1:1 and small group support, helping students to access their learning

Encouraging independence both within the classroom and in wider college life

Supporting with differentiated learning tasks, ensuring activities are inclusive and engaging

Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and the wider support team to deliver a holistic education

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience supporting young people with SEN needs, ideally in a post-16 setting (desirable but not essential)
