stakeholders to uphold our commitment to operational excellence and compliance.

In addition, you will work closely with the General Manager as a strategic business partner, playing a crucial role in delivering
business objectives and supporting broader operational initiatives outlined in our Business Operating Management System.

* Knowledge of working within safe systems of work, Health and Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
* Knowledge of Audit programmes and processes.
* Relevant experience in the waste processing industry or similar processing industry.
* Relevant operational or maintenance management experience.
* Experience of effectively managing and leading operational and maintenance related activities, resources, and costs.

While we offer and encourage training and development opportunities, the following would be highly beneficial:

* Education to HNC Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience with supporting qualifications.
* Certificate of Technical Competence (COTC).

What we offer you

* Competitive salary.
* Company contributory pension scheme matched up to 5%.
* 26 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays – increasing to 30 days after 5 years.
* Death in Service cover – 4x Salary.
* Free on-site car parking.
* Company sick pay scheme– up to 26 weeks dependent on length of service.
* Cycle to work scheme.
* We offer training and personal development programmes to our employees to provide opportunities to develop and progress.
* Wellbeing support for mental health.
* All required PPE and other relevant equipment supplied.
