This is an exciting opportunity to join an essential team within RAF Brize Norton, assisting with the smooth running of the Air Mobility Force by supporting the Air Mobility Force Commander and Deputy Air Mobility Force Commander on a day-to-day basis. The successful candidate will be a valued member of the team, operating in a challenging, fast-paced environment, with the impact of their work directly affecting key stakeholders and wider business areas.
The successful candidate will undertake a variety of administration and organisational tasks, mainly constructing a structured working day for the Force Commander and Deputy, planning and coordinating all meetings, visits and office calls using the electronic and paper diaries, minimising disruption and ensuring efficient use of time.
Other responsibilities include:
Collation of briefing papers.
Management of office mail.
Management of information flow.
Coordination of travel arrangement (including overseas) and visit clearances.
Monitoring, ordering, and distribution of stationery and other office supplies.
Any other administration duties as required, commensurate with the grade.
