The Governors of St Cenydd seek to appoint a School Counsellor to join our Pastoral Support Team. We seek applicants who are well qualified, who will role model school expectations and values each day, who will be ambitious for the children in their care, and who have the ability to enthuse and engage with pupils regardless of their ability, age or aptitude. This is a part time post for 2025/26 academic year and is a 1-year post in the first instance.
Our Pastoral Support Team is well established and successful. The successful candidate will join a large team, working alongside pupil support staff, our Heads of Year and overseen by two Assistant Headteachers, to provide a happy, safe, healthy, well-ordered and successful environment in which all can thrive and know they belong.
