Your Role:As an EYFS Practitioner, you will:
- Create a safe, stimulating, and engaging learning environment.
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
- Observe and assess children's development, maintaining accurate records.
- Foster strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
- Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are upheld.
What We're Looking For:
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent).
- Experience working with children aged 0-5.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
