What We’re Looking For
- NMC Registered Nurse (RGN - Adult) or RMN (Mental Health) qualification.
- Previous experience in a nursing home, or older adult setting preferred.
- Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Empathetic, calm, and committed to promoting the rights and independence of older adults.
- Familiarity with care management systems and CQC standards (desirable but not essential).

What You'll Do
- Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care tailored to each resident’s physical and mental health needs.
- Carry out clinical assessments and create individual care plans in line with best practices.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Work collaboratively with GPs, therapists, and external healthcare professionals.
- Monitor residents' conditions and respond promptly to changes.
- Build supportive relationships with residents and families, offering reassurance and clear communication.
- Supervise and mentor care staff, contributing to a positive team culture.
- Maintain excellent care records and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
