Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) | £22.25 per hour + Paid Breaks

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) looking to make a real difference in older adults’ lives? Join our client’s warm and supportive care home team, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and promoting the dignity, health, and well-being of our client’s residents.

What We’re Looking For

  • NMC Registered Nurse (RGN - Adult) or RMN (Mental Health) qualification.
  • Previous experience in a nursing home, or older adult setting preferred.
  • Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Empathetic, calm, and committed to promoting the rights and independence of older adults.
  • Familiarity with care management systems and CQC standards (desirable but not essential).

What You'll Do

  • Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care tailored to each resident’s physical and mental health needs.
  • Carry out clinical assessments and create individual care plans in line with best practices.
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
  • Work collaboratively with GPs, therapists, and external healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor residents' conditions and respond promptly to changes.
  • Build supportive relationships with residents and families, offering reassurance and clear communication.
  • Supervise and mentor care staff, contributing to a positive team culture.
  • Maintain excellent care records and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
