Role Responsibilities
As a Business Manager, you will:
- Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing B2B customers
- Be responsible for the running of the entire business, including full P&L, managing and mentoring employees, driving sales, marketing, logistics and purchasing
- Ensure the achievement of set targets and objectives
- Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to develop company performance and revenue

- A starting salary up to £55,000 (negotiable depending on experience)

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Be either a proven manager with P&L responsibility, or a high-performing salesperson ready to step up into a leadership role
- Have experience within a wholesale and distribution environment (e.g. electrical, mechanical, HVAC, manufacturing, builder's merchant etc.)
- Be commercially aware, sales-driven, and a strong relationship-builder
- Thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
