We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Senior OD Business Partner to join our Human Resource team at a time of positive change and transformation. Working closely with the Head of HR and Group Director for HR and People Development, you will shape the colleague experience within a forward-thinking organisation committed to innovation, inclusion and excellence in education delivery.
The role focus is to embed a culture of belonging, empowerment, and professional growth while aligning organisational development initiatives with the Group’s strategic goals. Whilst delivering as the strategic business partner within the HR team, driving the implementation of our Etc. People Strategy to attract, retain, and develop high-calibre colleagues.
In this role you will be responsible for the development of succession plans, talent management processes, identify learning and development requirements and solutions, and manage project-based initiatives which have a positive impact on the overall experience of our colleagues.
You will act as a champion for innovation, equity, belonging and well-being, ensuring the delivery of exceptional education through an engaged and high-performing workforce.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced organisational development professional with a proven track record in influencing at the most senior level of an organisation, driving cultural transformation and delivering strategic people initiatives in complex environments.

Schedule
This role is a full-time position based at Redcar & Cleveland College, with travel between Group sites. With opportunities for home working and flexible working arrangements.
