We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team reporting to our Head of HR. In this role you will be a proactive and strategic change agent, driving our transformation People strategy. Your role will extend beyond traditional HR functions, focusing on data-driven insights and organisational development to empower leaders and colleagues throughout the employee life cycle.
You will collaborate closely with managers, leadership and key stakeholders to develop and implement innovative HR solutions that align with our organisational priorities. By anticipating future needs, effectively communicating change initiatives, and working closely with the managers and leaders, you will develop engagement and minimise ER issues. Through your strategic thinking and broad expertise, you will ensure The Etc remains a leader in attracting and retaining top talent within the industry, ultimately supporting our values and strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking HR professional with a strong business acumen and the ability to link HR strategies to organisational goals. You will have excellent coaching and facilitation skills and a deep understanding of EDI&B principles and how to apply them throughout the employee life cycle. We are seeking an individual with a passion for continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging HR trends.
You should have experience and be able to demonstrate success in coaching and developing leaders at various levels. An in-depth knowledge of UK employment law and best HR practices is also crucial, and a proven track record of successfully leading organisational change initiatives.

Schedule
This role is a full-time position based at Redcar & Cleveland College, with travel between Group sites. With opportunities for home working and flexible working arrangements.
