Crynodeb
We are recruiting for a self-motivated and well-organised individual to join the team at our busy referral practice in Hartford.
This role will include:
• Handling telephone enquiries from clients / referring veterinary practices
• Arranging referrals; including diary management, liaison with clients, clinical record acquisition, detailing the referral process and handling questions.
• Liaising with our clinicians
• Greeting clients at the practice
• Insurance administration
• Processing payments
• Debt management
• Typing of reports and minutes
Previous reception and/or administration experience is essential. We are looking for a caring and confident individual with good people skills and the ability to work well within a multi-disciplinary team.
This is a full-time role based on working 37.5 hours/week Monday – Friday, the chosen candidate will be required to take part in a Saturday rota with time off in lieu provided the following week.
