Job Details
32 hours per week - Varied shifts between 6:30am and 9pm including weekends.
£12.80 per hour

Position Overview
Staffing the reception desk in a high profile store located in Manchester City Centre.
Be the first point of contact for general enquiries and all persons wishing to enter the building.
Greeting visitors, identifying the reason for their visit and communicating their arrival to relevant persons.
Monitor and control access of all visitors and staff and ensure relevant identification is seen prior to point of entry.
Prevent unauthorised entry through the validation of permission, reason, or clearance.
Maintain a daily log detailing relevant information from each shift.
Liaise with the Building Manager/Senior Advisors as required for the purposes of building management and safety of personnel.
The successful candidate will be well-organised and confident with credible communication skills, readily able and willing to contribute at all levels. In addition, the individual will be versatile, intuitive, and professional with good judgement and integrity. Pro-active and responsive to changing needs of the business and demands of the customer, while remaining calm under pressure and self-motivated. The successful candidate will be reliable and well presented, giving a positive image of Euro Car Parks company values.
In addition, the following is required;
Excellent organisational skills, with exceptional customer service skills.
A strong team player and able to use own initiative.
A credible verbal and written communicator with the ability to develop close working relationships.
IT literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office applications and the ability to learn new software systems.
