Job Title: Behaviour & Emotional Support Mentor
Location: Southwark, London
Contract Type: Flexible | Part-Time
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: £25-£30 per hour (depending on experience)

This is more than just a mentoring role - it's about forming a trusting relationship, meeting the student where they are, and helping them re-engage with their learning and life goals. You'll play a crucial part in supporting their personal development, acting as a positive and consistent role model.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individual mentoring sessions to help students understand and regulate their emotions.

Provide guidance on managing behaviour, avoiding negative influences, and building positive coping strategies.

Work collaboratively with parents, carers, teachers, and professionals to develop and maintain a structured, supportive plan tailored to the student's needs.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience working one-to-one with children or young people experiencing behavioural or mental health difficulties.
