Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Leasehold Services Officer to join our team in the Facilities Services industry. As a Leasehold Services Officer, you will play a vital role in managing and administering our leasehold properties, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies. You will be the first point of contact for leaseholders, providing them with exceptional customer service while addressing their queries and concerns. This position requires an organized individual who can manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively while maintaining accuracy in record-keeping and reporting. You will work collaboratively with various internal and external stakeholders, including property managers, maintenance teams, and legal advisors, to resolve issues related to lease agreements and property management. Responsibilities
Manage and maintain records of leasehold properties and lease agreements
Serve as the main point of contact for leaseholders, addressing inquiries and concerns
Coordinate and facilitate leasehold inspections and property management activities
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies related to leasehold properties
Assist in the preparation and review of leasehold reports and documentation
Work with internal teams to resolve maintenance and tenant issues
Liaise with external stakeholders, including legal advisors and property management services
Provide support in the development and implementation of leasehold services policies and procedures
Requirements
Proven experience in leasehold or property management
Strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations in facilities services
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £23.18
Location: Camden, North West London
