What's involved with this role:

Job Title: HR Systems and Payroll Implementation Specialist

Ref: WECA 5272017

Pay rate: £450-£550 per day PAYE



Hybrid working with 2 to 3 days in the office



The role:

We have an urgent requirement for an interim HR Systems and Payroll Implementation Specialist to support the implementation of a new payroll provider and to understand what is required for a successful payroll transfer, including data migration and parallel runs.

Previous experience of implementing payroll systems is essential for this role and iTrent experience would be a real advantage.



What the client is looking for:

Previously migrated an outsourced payroll between two providers, ideally in a short time frame and mid-financial year
Full understanding of payroll processing and set up, including interdependencies with HMRC and (ideally local government) pension arrangements
Understanding of contractual arrangements with payroll providers, SLA's and licencing agreements
Experience of implementing Payroll systems
Excellent stakeholder management
Knowledge of year end statutory reporting requirements
Database configuration
Experience using and or implementing iTrent
Strong understanding of what is required for a successful payroll transfer, including data migration and parallel runs
