Key Responsibilities:
-Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations of our 3-rosette restaurant
-Ensure exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service and attention to detail
-Train, motivate, and supervise front-of-house staff to maintain high standards
-Assist in managing reservations, seating, and guest inquiries with professionalism
-Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and menu execution
-Contribute to business development through creative ideas and promotions
Requirements:
-Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in a high-end dining environment
-Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and manage a team
-Passion for delivering 5-star customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
-Knowledge of fine dining standards and wine pairing is advantageous
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility for weekend and evening shifts
