Hours: 38 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm)

About the Role:
GI Group is excited to be recruiting for Production/Assembly Operatives on behalf of our client, a leading global manufacturer of sliding and folding door hardware based in Bowburn, Durham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and reputable company in a key role within their production team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assembling and manufacturing components for sliding and folding door systems to high-quality standards.
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings and instructions.
* Operating tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently.
* Conducting quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
* Working as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
* Maintaining a clean and organised work space in line with health and safety standards.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a production or assembly role is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
* Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Basic understanding of hand tools and machinery.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Reliable, hardworking, and punctual.
