Summary
We are currently looking for a Mobile Void and Clearance Cleaner to join our friendly and reliable team. You’ll be responsible for the following:
• Clear properties in preparation for a full clean prior to next tenant moving in.
• Cleaning empty properties (voids) to a high standard, preparing them for the next tenants.
• Loft Clearance
• Private property clearance
• Travelling between various locations
• Working independently or occasionally as part of a small team
• Maintaining a positive and respectful attitude towards clients and team members
• Using your initiative and eye for detail to deliver outstanding results
What We’re Looking For:
• Must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own reliable vehicle
• 1 years void cleaning experience
• Friendly, motivated, and trustworthy personality
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness
• Good time management and communication skills
