Join a compassionate and well-equipped primary school in Brent as a SEN Teaching Assistant, supporting a specialist class of 8 pupils with autism and complex needs in their dedicated Inclusion Room. Starting this September, this full-time role offers the chance to work closely with a skilled SEN Teacher and three other support staff to deliver exceptional, inclusive education.
This is a hands-on position, including elements of personal care. You’ll be part of a collaborative, values-driven team committed to nurturing every child’s potential. Prior SEN experience is highly desirable, and confidence in providing personal care is essential.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Providing 1:1 and group support in a structured SEN setting
• Assisting with classroom routines, learning tasks, and sensory activities
• Delivering personal care with dignity and respect
• Supporting pupils' emotional regulation and communication needs
• Collaborating with the SEN Teacher and wider support team
• Creating a nurturing, inclusive, and safe learning environment
