What skills and experience we're looking for

The Governors at Greystones Primary School are looking to appoint a temporary TA2 to join our inclusion team from 1st September 2025.

This position will involve working primarily within KS1 and KS2, supporting children with additional needs to access their mainstream provision.

The successful candidate will:

• Enjoy working with children with additional needs

• Have experience supporting children with social communication or other needs

• Support individual children both in class and out of class where appropriate

• Feel motivated to work with pupils with a range of strengths and needs to ensure the best outcomes for every child

• Have a role supervising children during some playtimes and lunchtimes to ensure positive social experiences at school

• Be an excellent team-player and good communicator

Greystones Primary School is in the process of conversion to academy status with the expectation that this will complete during the academic year 2025-26. This role will be subject to the associated TUPE process accordingly.

Closing date for applications in 12 noon on Wednesday 16th July 2025.

Interviews will be held on Friday 18th July 2025. Candidates who wish to apply should ensure they are available for interview on that date.
