We’re proud to be partnering with a leading Multi Academy Trust with a vibrant secondary school in Northampton. Known for its inclusive ethos and dedication to high-quality education, the school is looking for enthusiastic and committed graduates to join its Spanish teacher training programme starting in September 2025.

About the Programme:

  • Fully salaried training – no tuition fees or unpaid placements


  • Achieve Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) within one academic year


  • Learn on the job with experienced modern foreign language (MFL) educators


  • Receive tailored mentoring and ongoing professional development

    Subject Area:

    A degree in Spanish or a related subject (e.g. Modern Languages, Hispanic Studies) is required for this role.

    Who We're Looking For:

    • Final-year students or recent graduates with a 2:1 or above from a Russell Group or Top 20 UK university


    • Individuals passionate about teaching Spanish and engaging young minds


    • Enthusiastic communicators with strong subject knowledge


    • Must have the right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
