Clinical Lead Nurse – £47,500 | 42 Hours Per Week

As the Clinical Lead Nurse, you will work 42 hours per week, with a balance of clinical and supernumerary hours. You’ll support the Home Manager in leading the clinical team, driving high standards of care, and creating a positive, safe, and supportive environment for both residents and staff.

What We’re Looking For

  • RGN qualified with active NMC registration
  • Proven experience as a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager within a nursing home
  • Strong clinical knowledge and leadership capabilities
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Experience supporting older adults, including those with complex needs and dementia

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the nursing team in delivering safe, effective, person-centred care
  • Complete clinical assessments, manage care plans, and oversee medication management
  • Mentor junior staff and support development across the team
  • Work closely with the Home Manager to maintain compliance and drive quality improvements
  • Play a hands-on role in care delivery, ensuring high standards are maintained
  • Act as a role model and promote a positive, inclusive culture within the home
