Position: Full-time / Part-time
Reports to: Room Leader / Nursery Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Create a stimulating and safe environment that supports the holistic development of all children
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, championing inclusivity and empathy
- Carry out observations, assessments, and planning in line with the EYFS and our reflective practice framework
- Collaborate with team members to deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
- Promote and uphold eco-conscious routines and sustainable resource use within the nursery
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and confidentiality procedures rigorously
- Participate in team meetings, CPD sessions, and reflective journal exercises during our dedicated practice weeks

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Reflective and open to continuous personal and professional development
- Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude
- Passion for sustainability and outdoor learning
Qualifications & Experience
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Paediatric First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Prior experience in an early years setting is desirable but not essential
- Commitment to ongoing CPD and growth
