We are seeking a warm, compassionate and proactive Senior Support Worker to provide person-centered care and support to our services users based in South Manchester.
As a key member of our team, you will assist the Management Team in delivering an empowering service that meets the needs of our clients, while fostering a positive atmosphere in collaboration with service users’ families and friends. Flexibility, energy, and reliability are essential qualities for this role.
Embracing all aspects of the role, from providing personal care and domestic support to helping individuals access work, education, and social opportunities you will provide valued support via the unique personal skills and interests you bring in order to enrich the lives of those we support..
