The Senior Care Worker plays a vital role in providing high-quality care and support in a home care setting. Duties
Supervise and support a team of care staff, providing leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of exceptional care.
Develop, implement, and review individual care plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each service user.
Communicate effectively with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Assist service users with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
Monitor service users health and well-being, documenting any changes or concerns in accordance with company policies.
Drive service users to appointments or social activities as required, ensuring their safety during transport.
Maintain accurate records using IT systems to track service users progress and care outcomes.
To provide office support.
To take on on call duties out of hours on an agreed rota basis.
To carry out a range of duties in the community and in an office environment in an agreed rota system, including evening and weekend work.
