Job Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative, analytical and proactive Marketing Executive to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting the company’s products and services across multiple channels while ensuring alignment with broader business goals. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic company through innovative marketing strategies and data-driven decision-making. The Marketing Executive will play a key role in managing the company’s online presence and executing daily marketing tasks to promote our product range and improve our customer acquisition strategy.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
-Research target audiences and competitors to identify new marketing opportunities for our products.
-Design and deliver email campaigns and digital advertisements to boost website traffic and conversions.
-Manage our social media platforms and schedule regular posts aligned with seasonal product campaigns.
-Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of all marketing activities using tools like Google Analytics.
-Create visual and written content for product listings, promotions, and banners on our website and marketplaces.
-Work closely with the Business Development Executive to support broader marketing strategy and lead generation.
-Collaborate with suppliers to update product imagery, pricing, and promotional material.
-Oversee product reviews and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service improvement.
-Brief any external freelancers or agencies involved in content creation, web design, and ad campaigns.
-Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends to ensure our marketing strategy remains competitive.
Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
-At least 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce promotion.
-Strong understanding of digital tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite,
Mailchimp, and Canva.
-Ability to create marketing reports, analyse web traffic, and generate campaign ideas.
-Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and visual storytelling.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
