Job Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative, analytical and proactive Marketing Executive to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting the company’s products and services across multiple channels while ensuring alignment with broader business goals. Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer preferences and new opportunities.
-Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, social media, print and email marketing.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts support overall business objectives and brand consistency.
-Create compelling content for websites, social media, promotional materials and advertising campaigns.
-Analyse campaign performance and generate insights for continuous improvement.
-Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors supporting design, PR or paid media initiatives.
-Oversee marketing budgets and track spend to ensure optimal return on investment.
-Support lead generation and customer engagement through strategic, data-informed marketing activities.
-Assist in shaping long-term marketing strategies and contribute to company-wide planning.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
-Relevant experience in a marketing role, preferably within retail, e-commerce or a fast-paced environment.
-Strong understanding of marketing principles and proficiency in digital marketing tools.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and visual storytelling.
-Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
-Comfortable working independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
-Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
-Familiarity with budgeting and performance reporting.
