• Support students in developing essential hands-on skills using our on-site commercial mixed farm (dairy and sheep).
• Contribute to the planning and assessment of vocational qualifications such as BTEC, or T Level pathways.
• Work closely with the Farm Manager to integrate seasonal farm activities into the teaching programme.
• Provide academic and pastoral support to help learners progress into employment or further training.

What We’re Looking For
• Practical experience in livestock farming or animal husbandry.
• A relevant Level 3 qualification in agriculture or a related subject or above.
• A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one, which we will support).
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A learner-focused approach with the ability to motivate and engage young people.

Why Join Us?
• Access to a 280-hectare working farm with modern facilities.
• Supportive team environment with a focus on collaboration and learner success.
• Opportunities for CPD and in-house teacher training (Level 3 and 5) with a dedicated mentor.
• A chance to make a real difference in the lives of young people entering the agricultural industry.
