Day Rate: £105 - 115 per day
Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)

Are you an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with higher needs? We are recruiting for a full-time TA to join a well-resourced, inclusive primary school in the B33 area of Birmingham.
This role is based within the school supporting pupils with higher needs including autism, communication challenges and global developmental delay.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with EHCPs
- Implement personalised learning and care plans
- Use visual aids, communication tools, and sensory strategies
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO
- Help maintain a calm, nurturing environment for learning
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience supporting children with SEND, ideally within a resource base or specialist setting
- Confident using Makaton, PECS, or other AAC tools (desirable)
- Patience, resilience and a genuine commitment to inclusive education
- Able to commit to the full academic year
