Customer Service Planner (Permanent, Full-Time)

Location: Barleylands Hub, Basildon, CM11 2UF Pay: Up to £27,500

Are you an organised and customer-focused individual looking to join a growing team? We're hiring a Customer Service Planner for our Barleylands Hub!

About the Role

You'll handle high volumes of calls, scheduling appointments with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet our Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Using our MSi system, you'll actively schedule operatives, discuss complex repairs, and instil customer confidence through clear communication via phone and email.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • Previous administration experience and proven scheduling/planning in a Social Housing or Contractor repairs environment.

  • Strong communication skills with operatives, subcontractors, and residents.

  • Basic building maintenance knowledge (e.g., task durations, sequencing).

  • Ability to prioritise works and manage high volumes of calls/enquiries.

  • Good written & verbal English, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong organisation skills.

  • A passion for service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Please note: This is an office-based role at our Barleylands location; no hybrid working is available.
