Summary
A Vacancy at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust.
Liaising with clinicians, operational management, the pathway navigation team and the diagnostic team to start a patients pathway in to services within the Neuroendocrine Tumour Department.
• Skilled use of ERS, EPR and LUNA systems.
• Liaising with clinicians to ensure quick triage.
• Working with the diagnostic team to push tests through as quickly as possible.
• Communicating with GP's to make sure inappropriate patients are directed to the correct service.
• Transferring clinician comments between systems.
• Scheduling patients for their first appointment within the relevant service
• Outcoming the patients triaging activity on EPR.
• Maintaining a waiting list of patients and escalating issues in a timely way.
