Are you looking for a fun and meaningful role? Do you love working within a team? Do you like to be on the go and hate the thought of sitting behind a desk? We have an ideal opportunity for you!

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic people to join our Lifeguard / Leisure Attendant (Wet) teams.

In this dynamic, hands-on role, no two days are the same. You will:

- Deliver an exceptional experience for every customer

- Set up our facilities and equipment for events and customer use
- Keep everything clean, safe, and presentable

We offer one of the best rewards packages in the industry:

- FREE membership to all our centres, with access to fitness classes, gyms, and swimming pools
- Career development opportunities with ongoing training
- Generous holiday entitlement (starting at 32 days, increasing up to 40 days with service)
- Cycle to work scheme
- Paid sick leave
- Company pension
- Access to discounts with a huge number of retailers (saving money in cinemas, restaurants, clothing, and electronics shops, on insurance and healthcare and much more)

No experience is needed! However, our ideal candidate will be:

- A strong swimmer
- Confident and professional in communicating with diverse groups of people
- Able to work well both independently and within a team
- Quick to learn and follow all pool safety standards and procedures
- While a valid NPLQ is desirable, we offer a FREE Lifeguard Training Course if you don’t have one.
