Responsibilities of Our Senior IVA Advisors
As a Senior IVA Advisor at PayPlan, you will:
* Be the point of contact for both clients and creditors, using your expertise to ensure great outcomes for all parties.
* Create sustainable, effective IVA proposals that will ensure voting agents support them.
* Work to client-focused, quality-based targets.
* Proactively build trust with clients by establishing rapport, listening, acknowledging, and guiding them through their journey.
* Use your expertise and rapport to guide clients to the best solutions, overcoming objections.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and third parties.
* Be commercial and client-driven, listening to client needs, being supportive and empathetic.
* Guide colleagues where needed, using your expertise to help them achieve good outcomes.
Key Skills of a Successful Candidate
* At least 12 months of previous experience within the personal insolvency sector.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to understand client needs.
* Exceptional customer service skills to handle challenging and vulnerable clients.
* A great team player with the confidence to work independently.
* Excellent attention to detail with a methodical and thorough approach to your work.
* A desire to show initiative and the ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands on your time.
