What would you be doing as an IVA Statutory Reporting Officer here at Payplan?
An IVA Statutory Reporting Officer is responsible for reviewing cases and providing accurate and relevant information in the
various reports required as part of the IVA regulations and best practice.
As an IVA Statutory Reporting Officer at PayPlan you will:
* Monitor & maintain a case load on a daily basis, working within service level agreements
* Ensure that client and creditor information is entered and updated accurately, covering all relevant details
* Check modifications and clauses have been addressed and reported correctly
* Ensure required reports are sent in a timely manner in line with requirements
* Take responsibility for your output, managing your caseload or diary.
About You:
* Attention to detail
* Strong negotiation skills
* Ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload
* Excellent communication skills
* Excel skills preferred but not essential
