We’re looking for a dynamic Partnership Manager to lead and manage strategic partnerships with employers, training providers, and other key stakeholders to increase employment opportunities for jobseekers.

You’ll be responsible for establishing and nurturing partnerships with local employers, community organisations, and service providers to create pathways for individuals into sustainable employment. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of employment programs and initiatives.

This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on local employment initiatives and build lasting partnerships that contribute to workforce development.

Location: Haringey
Hours: 37 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5pm, Friday 8.30 am to 4.30pm

Key Responsibilities


Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with employers and community organisations to support job seekers into work.
Identify new partnership opportunities that align with the goals of the Connect to Work programme
Promote inclusive employment practices, including disability confidence, neurodiversity awareness, and fair recruitment.
Establish a strategic referral group with key Haringey partners and local VCSEs organisations to reduce duplication, maximising value for money. 
Create a joint Haringey outreach and engagement plan, and steering group, presenting as one service with shared branding, strategy, employer engagement, and community activities.
Attend Haringey Employment and Health Providers forum ensuring hardest-to-help communities are reached. 
Facilitate a feedback and evaluation loop with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. 
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of employment support services and employer engagement.
Represent Pluss and partners at networking events, job fairs, and stakeholder meetings across Central London.
Use labour market intelligence to inform partnership strategy and tailor support to local needs.
Track and report on partnership outcomes, ensuring targets and quality standards are met

Skills and Experience


Essential

Working knowledge and relationships within Haringey
Proven experience in partnership management, employer engagement, or business development.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Understanding of the employment and skills sector, particularly in urban or diverse communities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Experience using CRM systems and performance tracking tools.
