Summary

We’ve an exciting opportunity for an experienced Partnership Manager to join us in this new role for the Connect to Work programme.

You’ll will be responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with employers, training providers, and community stakeholders across Central London. Your work will directly contribute to helping people into sustainable employment and supporting businesses to adopt inclusive recruitment practices.

Your role will be essential in creating long-term, mutually beneficial relationships that help individuals connect with meaningful work, while also ensuring partner satisfaction and alignment with program goals.

Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in partnership management, employer engagement, or business development and an understanding of the employment and skills sector, particularly in urban or diverse communities.

Location: You will cover one of the following locations (Camden/Westminster/Haringey/Kensington Chelsea/Lambeth). There will be a hybrid approach to working
Hours: 37 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5pm, Friday 8.30 am to 4.30pm

Key Responsibilities


Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with employers and community organisations to support job seekers into work.
Identify new partnership opportunities that align with the goals of the Connect to Work programme.
Promote inclusive employment practices, including disability confidence, neurodiversity awareness, and fair recruitment.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of employment support services and employer engagement
Represent Seetec at networking events, job fairs, and stakeholder meetings across Central London.
Use labour market intelligence to inform partnership strategy and tailor support to local needs.
Track and report on partnership outcomes, ensuring targets and quality standards are met

Skills and Experience


Essential

Proven experience in partnership management, employer engagement, or business development.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Understanding of the employment and skills sector, particularly in urban or diverse communities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Experience using CRM systems and performance tracking tools.

Desirable

Knowledge of the Central London labour market and key employment sectors.
Experience working with disadvantaged or underrepresented groups.
Familiarity with government-funded employment programmes and compliance requirements.
