Strategic Partnerships & Collaboration Manager

We're looking for a Strategic Partnerships & Collaboration Manager to help us lead this transformation—working closely with our teams, clients, and partners to deliver measurable value through strategic collaboration.

What you'll be doing:

-Driving Collaboration in Key Accounts: You'll work hand-in-hand with Account Directors to implement collaborative practices aligned with ISO 44001. From gap analysis to joint planning workshops, you'll help shape how we work together with our clients.

-Supporting Collaboration Leads: You'll be a trusted advisor to our Collaboration Leads, helping them embed collaborative thinking into everyday operations, communications, and culture.

-Preparing for Audit Success: For accounts aiming for ISO 44001 certification, you'll guide teams through the process—ensuring documentation, evidence, and readiness are all in place.

-Boosting Bid Success: You'll support our Sales and Executive teams by crafting compelling collaboration narratives and enhancing bid materials to help us win new business.

-Championing a Collaborative Culture: You'll play a key role in initiatives that promote collaboration across Mitie, including leading our Collaboration Champions Network.

-Connecting Across Networks: You'll engage with internal and external networks, including the Institute for Collaborative Working, to identify new opportunities and share best practices.

What we're looking for:

-A strategic thinker with a passion for partnership and collaboration.

-Experience working with or implementing ISO 44001 (or similar frameworks).

-Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

-A proactive, organised approach with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
