Responsibilities:
- Assisted with logging client payments and maintaining related records.
- Supported the timely preparation and distribution of invoices.
- Helped compile account statements for internal use and reporting.
- Provided administrative support for processing payments to vendors and external contacts.
- Participated in setting up new accounts and organizing historical account information.
- Worked with team members across departments to help streamline financial processes.
- Maintained data accuracy in the financial system through regular updates.
- Carried out routine bank reconciliation tasks under guidance.
- Monitored and tracked overdue balances for follow-up and documentation.
Essential:
- Proven experience in an accounts, finance, or administrative support role.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with both internal teams and external contacts.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
