- Key Responsibilities
- Act as the organisation’s competent person under health and safety legislation.
- Develop, implement, and monitor the Health and Safety Strategy.
- Provide expert advice to senior leadership and operational teams.
- Lead and manage the Health and Safety team, ensuring clear accountability and performance.
- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Deliver training and awareness programmes across the organisation.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with statutory obligations.
