- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals or departments
- Provide accurate information to customers and visitors regarding updates to their vehicles
- Schedule appointments for customers
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and office equipment
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
This position requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, professional, and have a positive attitude.
Please note that this is not a remote position. The receptionist will be expected to work on-site at our office location.
