Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (paid weekly)
Job Overview:
PS LTD is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Packing Operative to join our client’s growing team. This is a key role where you'll be responsible for accurately preparing products for shipment, ensuring all packaging meets quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Repacking products for shipment, adhering to quality control guidelines
Weighing products into pouches
Keep the packing area clean, organised, and safe
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets
Perform routine quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
What We're Looking For:
Essential: Previous experience in a food packing environment
Desirable: Experience with picking/packing procedures and familiarity with shipping processes
Bonus if you have experience with warehouse management systems
Excellent attention to detail and strong quality control awareness
Team player with the ability to work independently when needed
