The Best Connection Sheffield are excited to be recruiting positions for FULL TIME WAREHOUSE OPERATIVES, to start work for our well established client, ALLIANCE AUTOMOTIVE: FPS NDC ROTHERHAM, a leading provider in automotive component distribution. We are looking for hard working and dedicated WAREHOUSE OPERATIVES to join their team to maintain a smooth and efficient operation. Position: Warehouse Operative
Location: S66, Rotherham
Contract Type: Temporary, with permanent opportunities for good performance after 12 weeks
Hours: 06:00-14:30, 09:00-17:30, 11:30-20:00, 13:30-22:00, 14:30-23:00
INTERVIEWS HELD DAILY FOR POSITIONS!
Key Responsibilities: Receiving and checking stock deliveries. Storing goods in the appropriate locations. Picking and packing orders for dispatch. Preparing items for shipment, ensuring accuracy and safety. Operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) where necessary. Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. Assisting with inventory checks and stocktaking. Adhering to health and safety regulations. Skills and Experience Required: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is advantageous but not essential. Ability to work efficiently and handle manual tasks. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work as part of a team and under minimal supervision. Forklift license or willingness to train (if applicable). Good communication skills.
