Are you full of energy and passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? Do you love being out and about, helping others live life to the fullest? We’re partnering with a highly regarded supported living provider to find enthusiastic and proactive Community Support Workers in the Caldicot area. This has the potential to be a permanent role for the right person!
This is an exciting opportunity to support individuals with learning disabilities or other support needs to access their community, grow in independence, and enjoy meaningful daily experiences.
About the Role:
Hours: 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM (weekdays, flexible availability)
Pay: £14-£15 p/h
Location: Caldicot and surrounding areas
Type: Ongoing agency work with consistent hours
Working environment: Lone working in the community - shadow shifts provided
What You'll Be Doing:
Taking service users out into the community – walks, shopping, appointments, hobbies, and more
Encouraging independent living and building life skills
Bringing energy, positivity, and motivation to every day
Creating supportive, trusting relationships and promoting well-being
What We're Looking For:
High energy and a can-do attitude are essential
You must be a driver with access to your own vehicle
Business insurance is required
Previous care or support experience (minimum of 6 months)
Reliability, patience, and the ability to work independently
