We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Manager to join the Norwich City Service Limited (NCSL) team on a maternity cover contract for 12 months. If you are people-focused, an excellent communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role?
The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the end-to-end customer journey in the repairs and maintenance department, this role involves managing the customer experience team, ensuring timely and quality repairs, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, operations, and leadership, with the ability to balance operational efficiency with a superior customer experience.

This role is for 37 hours per week, but to ensure flexibility and promote an inclusive workplace part time hours or a job share agreement will be considered.
