Job Description
City Property (Glasgow) LLP is a well established and successful company providing a highly professional service to Glasgow City Council as well as actively managing and improving the substantial property portfolio owned by City Property Glasgow (Investments) LLP.
We are looking for a Graduate Surveyor who will support the surveyors in the delivery of City Property's targets including income, capital receipts and asset valuation targets.
The ideal Candidate must have BSc Land Economics, MSc Real Estate or equivalent general practice surveying degree and be committed to achieving MRICS.

1. Full Driving Licence 2. BSc Land Economics, MSc Real Estate or equivalent general practice surveying degree. 3.Enrolled or committed to enroll on the RICS Assessment of Professional Competency (APC).
Please note Glasgow City Council is currently completing a Job Evaluation exercise and introducing a new pay and grading structure which may impact on current salaries quoted in job adverts. Salary is subject to 2025/26 pay award.
