• Is an inspirational and enthusiastic leader with high expectations which will motivate children and staff to reach their full potential
• Is approachable, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and has outstanding leadership experience
• Can build on, and further develop, the very good practice that already exists in our school
• Is innovative and creative in their approach to the curriculum
• Is committed to inclusion and diversity, ensuring effective support and provision for every pupil
• Has a proven track record of providing an organised and aspirational culture for learning allowing all children and staff to strive for excellence
• Has experience in managing budgets and the day-to-day running of a school.
• Can demonstrate strategic leadership as part of school self-evaluation and review.
• Has excellent interpersonal and communications skills, when working in partnership with all members of the school community.
