What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will:
• Have experience working in an educational office environment, ideally in a supervisory role
• Have experience of using school administrative and financial systems such as SIMS/Arbor
• Have excellent customer focus with strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
• Be highly motivated, hardworking and committed to ensuring the highest of standards
• Be highly organised and have high expectations of themselves and those around them
• Be flexible in meeting the operational needs of a busy school office and the ability to work well under pressure
• Be hard working, enthusiastic, have the ability to multi task and work to high levels of professionalism
• Be fully competent in the use of IT packages, with experience of using Microsoft Office
• Have the ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
