Summary
Teaching assistant – 17.5 hours per week worked over 5 mornings
Fixed Term Contract - Commencing Wednesday 20th August 2025 – 19th August 2026 (There may be the possibility of the contract being extended should we secure funding)
We are seeking to appoint a caring and enthusiastic team member to join our dedicated and hardworking team – supporting a class, but also working one to one from time to time.
We are looking for a teaching assistant:
• Who is flexible. Able to work under the direction of the teacher
• Who can contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of the pupil’s progress
• Who is well organised and has a team approach to all members of the school community
• Who has high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour
• Who can demonstrate what skills and attributes they can bring to the role to further enhance and improve performance and pupil progress.
• Who has had experience of working with children with additional needs
